I. GENERAL OPERATING PRINCIPLES

1. Purpose

This regulation is established to clearly define the rights and responsibilities between Smilux International Dental Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “Smilux”) and Customers/Patients (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). Our goal is to build a professional, transparent, safe, and effective environment for examinations and treatment, based on trust and cooperation.

2. Scope of Application

This regulation applies to all customers, patients, and users when interacting with, utilizing services, or accessing the official information platforms of Smilux.

3. Foundational Principles

All operations at Smilux adhere to the following five core principles:

Transparency: All information regarding health status, treatment plans, procedures, and costs is clearly, fully, and accurately advised before proceeding.

Fairness: Smilux is committed to providing consistent service quality and the highest standard of care to all customers, without discrimination.

In-Depth Cooperation: We highly value close cooperation between our team of doctors and the customer. The customer’s understanding and consensus are key factors in achieving optimal treatment results.

Exceptional Quality: Smilux is committed to using genuine dental materials, pioneering technology, and adhering to international standard medical procedures to ensure the best treatment quality.

Absolute Confidentiality: All personal information and medical records of customers are strictly protected according to legal regulations and our privacy policy.

II. PARTICIPATING PARTIES

Service Provider: Smilux International Dental Clinic, responsible for professional expertise, facilities, and the quality of services provided.

Customer/Patient: Individuals requiring examination, consultation, and treatment for oral health issues at Smilux.

Website Users: Includes all who access and interact with the smilux.vn website to seek information, schedule appointments, or participate in discussions. Users are responsible for complying with the website’s regulations and current Vietnamese law.

III. STANDARDIZED EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT PROCESS

Step 1: Appointment Booking & Reception

Customers proactively contact Smilux via hotline, website, or other official channels to book an appointment. Upon arrival at the clinic, the reception team will receive information and guide customers through the necessary procedures.

Step 2: Examination, Diagnosis & Consultation

Specialist doctors will conduct a direct general examination and take X-rays (if necessary) to accurately diagnose the oral condition. Based on the results, the doctor will thoroughly explain the issues, present treatment options with pros, cons, and estimated costs.

Step 3: Treatment Plan Finalization

After the consultation, the customer and doctor will discuss together to reach a final treatment plan that best suits the customer’s needs, desires, and conditions. This plan will be officially recorded in the medical records.

Step 4: Payment Processing

The customer proceeds to pay the cost according to the agreed-upon treatment plan. Smilux supports various flexible payment methods and will provide full invoices and valid documentation.

Step 5: Treatment Implementation & Post-Treatment Care

Smilux will perform the treatment procedures strictly according to the plan, ensuring absolute sterilization and safety. Upon completion, the doctor will provide detailed instructions on home care and schedule follow-up appointments (if any) to ensure long-lasting results.
